Save Back to You!!!!!

"It's Not Over . . . Until the Last Bottle of Water"

Update: The Campaign is Still on! New Information and Ways to Help The Cause!

We have just gotten word that this isn't over yet. Kelsey is meeting with CBS executives soon. Supposedly, they are on vacation until July 4th, so he will be meeting with them sometime during the week of July 7th, to my understanding.

Because of this, we still have time to make an impact. Kelsey will be meeting with Nina Tassler, Entertainment Presidnent of CBS, in their New York offices. I have gotten their address:

Ms. Nina Tassler
51 West 52nd Street
New York, NY 10019-6188

I have also gotten a hold of her phone number at the New York offices, which is (323) 575-2747. I suggest everyone give a call!

I have also found the email address for Les Moonves: lmoonves@cbs.com

I also have the link to the CBS feedback form. That is the easiest way to send CBS a general message requesting that they pick up Back to You:
http://www.cbs.com/info/user_service...bal_form.shtml

Please, keep sending bottled water, empty water bottles, or letters to the new address above! This campaign is not over, and anything you can send is appreciated. I urge everyone to take part in this, because now is the time to show CBS we care about this show!

We have also created a postcard that you can print out and send to CBS President and CEO Les Moonves. If you have any photo paper at home, you can print it out right on that and send it in the mail. If not, print it out, put it in an envelope, and send it out. If you are interested in getting a copy of it to send, please email me at somoskin97@comcast.net, and I will send you a copy of it to print out!

"Save Back to You" Campaign: Send your Bottled Water!!!!! Sign our Petition! Send Your Letters and Emails IMMEDIATELY!!! **UPDATED**

SOME NEW NEWS AND WAYS TO GET INVOLVED!

Hello once again! We have just gotten some updates within the last few days, and possibly some good news! We have not gotten any news directly from the network execs, but I have a feeling no news may be good news in a situation like this! I guess we'll have to cross our fingers and hope for the best! Please, keep sending water, letters, and emails! We still have a week left, and there ain't no stoppin' us now!

We have been working hard lately to get some of the major water bottle companies on our side for possibly donations. Currently, our best bet is Pepsi-Cola Bottling Companies. I have sent a few emails and letters to their Sacramento Company out in California, asking for possible bottled water donations. I urge you to do the same! Please, all you have to do is send a letter IMMEDIATELY to this address:

7550 Reese Road
Sacramento, CA  95820

Please, just send a letter to them, telling them about our campaign and all we've been doing to save Back to You, and asking them for possibly bottled water donations to the FOX, CBS, and now ABC addresses. You can also call them (which I suggest you do at the moment) at (916) 423-1000, as it may be a quicker way to get word of our campaign out to them!

I have recently talked to Coca-Cola bottling company, and they sent me an address and telephone number where you can reach them out in Oakland, CA (which is the supplier for Los Angeles). Please, send them a letter and/or give them a call, telling them about our campaign, asking for donations and their help in any way! Their address is:

Coca-Cola Enterprises
7901 Oakport St.
Oakland, CA  94621

And their telephone number is 800-441-2653. It's a free call, so make it today!

Another idea we have gotten is to email the actual Mayor of Pittsburg, PA. The entire city has already shown their support for the show. If we can all give an email to the mayor, telling him how much we want this show back, and asking him for his help in anyway possible, it could be step in the right direction! A friend of mine, Brian, has recently gotten an email back from the Office of the Mayor. Send them an email here:

heather.howard@city.pittsburgh.pa.us

You can also send an email out to Dasani Water, which is owned by Coca-Cola Bottling Company. I have sent them an email, and they have me a very hopeful reply. Just send them an email at the link below telling them about our campaign, also asking for donations:

dasani.support@na.ko.com

Or, send an email to Evian Natural Spring Water, which is a smaller company, but is located in California. They have also shown my support. Send them an email (I think you know why) at this email address:   Danone@CaSupport.com

PLEASE< HELP US OUT! SEND YOUR EMAILS LETTERS AND PHONE CALLS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! WE HAVE EXACTLY A WEEK LEFT TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE. IF YOU TRULY LOVE THIS SHOW AND TRULY WANT IT BACK, MAKE YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS TODAY!!!!

We have just gotten word that we have until June 11th to make this campaign work! Up until that date, both executives from CBS and FOX will still be trying to strike a deal to get Back to You renewed for a second season! All the cast and crew of the show are aware of what we're doing, and they're using all the fan support as a reason for renewal.

So, that means you must send your water in ASAP! Water bottles, empties, labels, money, or whatever else you can send in, please do! We need your support, and fast!!!!! Again, thanks to those who did send something in - we want you to know that it's working. This definitely is not over yet. If we want the networks to take notice of our campaign, now is the time to do so!!!!!!!!!!!!!

YOU MUST SEND WATER IMMEDIATELY! JUST 1 BOTTLE OF WATER TO FOX AND CBS IS ALL IT TAKES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IF YOU WANT TO SAVE THIS SHOW, SEND!!!!!!

AND  PLEASE, KEEP SIGNING THE PETITION! WE ARE NOW OVER 5000 SIGNATURES, BUT WE'RE NOT ENDING THIS YET!!!! WE ARE ALMOST THERE . . . WE STILL NEED MORE SIGNAUTRES ASAP!!!!!

Thankyou for finding this site! It's made currently just to get this campaign off the ground. We have decided to start this after hearing word that FOX has cancelled this wonderful show, a clear winner of the 2007-2008 TV season. Since FOX seems uninterested in this show altogether, we are looking to a new network, CBS, which has suddenly seemed interested in picking this show up. To help them make their minds, we have decided to get people to start sending bottles of water, a twist on a past episode storyline, where the newsroom had to make budget cuts by getting rid of their bottled water.

As you can see above, we just made our new logo for the campaign, and I think it's quite a good one! We're hoping everyone can participate in this. Get your family and friends to send bottled water as well! All you have to do is send a bottle or two (or more, whatever is affordable for you) to:

CBS Entertainment President Nina Tassler
7800 Beverly Blvd., Los Angeles, CA, 90036

**UPDATE** You can now also send your empty water bottles to FOX! If you are also interested in sending to FOX, please DO NOT send them full bottled water. We want to show them that we think poorly of them by sending them our empties! You can send them to this address:

Mr. Kevin Reilly
President of Entertainment, Fox
10201 W. Pico Blvd.
Los Angeles, CA 90035

Also, it is suggested that everyone send a little note or letter along with their water or empty bottles, just reminding CBS and FOX why we're doing this. I found a wonderful message written over at the FOX.com message boards :

"Please bring 'Back to You' to CBS where it should have been all along. The lack of funny television is dehydrating television viewers. Our brains are drying up. Let CBS be the Oasis in the desert of thoughtless television"

If we can get many people to do this, much would be appreciated. Thankyou everybody for your great support for this show!

If you have any more question regarding this information or the site itself, please feel free to email me at somoskin97@comcast.net. You can also send me a message at our "Send Your Comments" page! Also, please check out Pavan Badal's Sitcoms's Online newsblog for further information and a heartfelt response to our Campaign over at http://www.sitcomsonline.com/blog/2008/05/abc-and-cw-2008-09-upfronts-fall-2008.html.

We have also recently created a MySpace page for the campaign! You can see that at:

myspace.com/savebty.

You can also go to this site: http://backtofox.com/ to show your support for a FOX renewal! There you'll find a mail address where you can send the network a letter (which would be of great help to our campaign!). I'll be posting more information later today on the site, and also a new page where you can find links that other media sites have posted about our campaign!

You can also go here: http://savebty.ning.com/, which was created by a friend of mine, Ryan Schwartz (who also created the campaign logo at the top of the page!), who has been a huge help and support to this campaign. Please check it out!

UPDATE: We've just come up with our Campaign Rallying Song: "Ain't No Stoppin' Us Now"

I have also updated the entire site. It still looks the same, but I have added a new page, and changed around the others. I have added new things above and below on this page, so keep reading! When I get any news on the status of BTY, I'll let all of you know ASAP! (And, I'm hoping that's soon!)

NEW CAMPAIGN!! DONATE A DOLLAR TO FOX!!!

We have come up with a new campaign, to go along with our petition and bottled water campaign! This one is probably our best yet! We're asking that everyone send at least a dollar (if not more) to FOX immediately. It's not new that the budget for this show is huge. We're encouraging you guys to send a dollar or more to help FOX to pay for the budget!! Sure, it's supposed to a pun on the crisis we're dealing with, but it's also a great way to donate to the cause without all the work! Just put your money in an envelope, attached to a note or letter, to this address:

Mr. Kevin Reilly
President of Entertainment, Fox
10201 W. Pico Blvd.
Los Angeles, CA 90035

Also, please send to CBS as well! THey haven't given up on this show yet, and we don't want them to! You can send your money to CBS at the address below! This a great cause - $1 to each network is not asking much at all!

And, we're still going ahead with the petition, so don't stop signing! Please send out emails, talk to your friends and family, get every single person you know to sign the petition! We're now up to 4600 signatures, which is absolutely great, but more would be even better! And also, if you haven't already, send in your bottled water! It's a bit more money, but all you have to send is one bottle of water to either FOX or CBS - we can't lose this fight without a battle!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Back to You Being Shopped Around to Other Networks; CBS and ABC take interest in BTY Episodes

Currently, FOX is trying to shop this show around to other networks, so there is still tons of hope for a renewal. They have given many episodes of  the show to CBS President Nina Tassler to view and to make a decision upon whether to renew or not. That is a great sign we might see this show back for another season.

***UPDATE*** Supposedly, CBS is still interested, and now ABC is interested as well! Since Grammar has taped the new pilot for ABC, they have been impressed with the positive feedback and his outstanding acting skills, and would like to pick up Back to You if the pilot fails. But, I have also gotten word that they would make some changes if they did pick it up. Not sure what that means, but as long as it comes back, I'll take anything!

Also, FOX seems to be interested in changing their minds. Since cancelling the sitcom, they have seen the positive fan support, especially from their message boards for Back toYou over at their website (fox.com), and will still consider all possible solutions. 20th Century FOX is still working hard to shop this show around for a new network. We have a week officially to get this show a new home, so no one is giving up yet!!!!!!!!!!

Save Back to You! Sign Our Online Petition!

You can also help to save this show by signing our online petition asking for a second season renewal at this link:

http://www.petitionspot.com/signature/back2useason2

Please sign! Get all your family and friends to sign as well! Right now, all help is appreciated! Thanks for your continued support! We're currently looking to get 1000 signatures SOON. CBS's Upfront (the day they announce their fall plans) is this Wednesday, so we're looking to get everything ready either by then or early next week.

To also show the networks we want this show next season, please email both FOX and CBS networks. You can email CBS at their website (CBS.com, scroll down to the bottom to "Feedback") and you can email FOX (FOX.com). All help is appreciated!

Back to You Campaign Video at YouTube!

We've created a new YouTube Video for the campaign! You can watch it write here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gtunwVRnc2Y

Creative, isn't it? We have made one previously to this one, but FOX took it down immediately after we posted it. Don't ask why . . .

Fans create Back to You "Memorial" outside FOX Studios in LA

Nikke Finke of Deadline Hollywood is reporting that just outside FOX studios in LA, fans created their own "Memorial" for Back to You, a sign that they are upset the show has been cancelled by FOX. Hours later, afraid of being embarassed, FOX officials tour it down. All BTY cast and crew members were aware of the monument, and were greatly thankful for their fans:

***UPDATE*** From what I have heard, it is still standing in LA, and has gotten even bigger in the last few weeks. If anyone lives out in LA and can confirm this info, just send me an email!
